    Enjoy more calm, ease and well-being of body, breath, and mind during a free 1-hour yoga session, sponsored by our partner Sonoma Land Trust. This class will be translated into Spanish, and childcare provided, along with yoga mats and blankets. No previous yoga experience necessary. Come and relax in nature!

    Te invitamos a disfrutar de más calma, más tranquilidad y más bienestar corporal, respiratorio, y mental durante esta sesión de yoga de una hora. Esta práctica de yoga en la Vía Verde Sureste de Santa Rosa se traducirá al español, y se proporcionará servicio de guardería, junto con colchonetas de yoga y mantas. No es necesario tener experiencia previa en posturas de yoga o meditación.
