volunteer-image_1Please join us in creating a legacy that will offer unparalleled recreational, environmental, and transportation benefits for our community by donating to the purchase of the Southeast Greenway property.

The Sonoma County Agricultural and Open Space District has awarded a $1 million matching grant to Sonoma Land Trust for acquisition of the Greenway. The Southeast Greenway Campaign has set the ambitious goal of raising $250,000 from community members to demonstrate our investment and strong support for the Greenway.

Please help us meet our $250,000 goal with a donation of $1000, $500, $250, $100, $50, or as much as you can afford. One hundred percent of your donation will be placed in the Southeast Greenway Acquisition Fund at Sonoma Land Trust. There are two ways to donate.
